Dear friends,
As we welcome the month of November, we are reminded of timeless beauty of autumn and the importance of staying connected. As we prepare for the Festival of Lights, Diwali, we would like to extend our warmest wishes to all our members. May this special occasion bring you good health and boundless happiness. In the spirit of Diwali, let us join together in a prayer for peace in the world, so that the light of love and unity can even shine brighter.

October Event Highlights:
ASIO Hiking Group
In October, our members continued their delightfulgentle hikes around the town.It is wonderful to see our community staying active and enjoying the beauty of our surroundings. October meetings
A lot of exciting things took place during our October meetings! Songs sung by our talented members, talks on healthy living, continued watching episode 2 of Live to 100 - Secrets of blue zones and many more. Please see some of the photos from our meetings.

We will continue to watch the third of four episodes: Live to 100 - Secrets of blue zones. These episodes will explorelifestyles of communities known for their exceptionally long lifespans. We will discuss further on our own experiences of what works for us.
Please note that this is a longer meeting as we will also celebrate Diwali. Chai and snacks will be served. You are welcome to bring snacks or sweets to share, this is optional. If you plan to attend the meeting, please RSVP to Mr. Bhatia atBhatianiranjan@gmail.com.
